Oh Cisco "Oh Cisco" is the sire of a great dynasty of frame overos. His get have won numerous awards,Best in Shows, Grand Champions & the Hall of Fame. "Oh Cisco" was owned by Dr Nancy McEachern, D.V.M. Because he was one of the first loud frame overos, he started all of this extreme interest in frame overos in miniature horses. He was also black & white which made him incredibly Rare. He has sired a large amount of frame overos which is why we are using his descendents in our breeding program. CISCO IS NOW GONE, BUT HE IS CERTAINLY NOT FORGOTTEN!!!
